「中華民國流亡政權」
企圖永久佔領(permanent occupation)日本台灣證據！

這是個永久佔領(permanent occupation)模式，可以立即聯想到中華民國在1945年10月25日時點，以本質為「台灣中國民政府」之自創新名稱「台灣省行政長官公署」名義，行使一切民政權力，另外，以本質為「台灣中國軍事政府」之新創名稱「台灣警備總司令部」名義，行使一切軍政權力，未曾在日本台灣佔領地設立「台灣民政府或台灣政府」，明顯想規避國際戰爭法，向國際使用模糊政策，有「永久」佔領日本台灣之企圖。

換言之，對內研習營的同心，我們應該宣導的是台灣"美國"民政府，而非"美國"台灣民政府。

也許這是英文翻譯成華文的關係，因為對照美國曾經佔領的國家，其他被佔領地的書籍上他們使用的是"(當地國名)民政府"，而非美國"(當地國名)民政府"
